Welcome to the latest edition of our weekly newsletter. This week we talk about:
The team are on PTO this week, taking a well earned break.
Can use of AI to automate more of the routine CSM tasks help reduce burnout?
Let’s get into it…
Regular Holidays are Vital
Most of the team are away, so it’s a light edition this week. Which is a great reminder that we all need to take a break now and again, and for people leaders, it’s also vital that you encourage your team to take their PTO as well. You don’t achieve hero status for ending the year with 15 days left of your holiday allowance. What you do get rewarded for is being sharp and alert throughout the year.
Can AI help reduce CSM burnout?
Most organisations are more attuned to mental health these days than every before, but there is still a lot of mention of burnout among CSMs. Could this be one area where AI really does help? Can allowing tools and systems to pick up routine tasks give CSMs more room to breath and feel like they can take a summer holiday without everything coming to a standstill? Let’s hope so.

Taking a well earned break is vital
